We source, import, and sell pre-owned and salvage vehicles, primarily from auctions in the United States and Canada, for customers in the UAE and the wider region. The website provides vehicle listings, pricing information, reservation and inquiry tools, and details about our import process. Listings are an invitation to inquire and do not constitute a binding offer of sale.

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We make reasonable efforts to describe vehicles accurately, including photographs, specifications, mileage, and damage or condition details obtained from auction sources. Because many of our vehicles are salvage or previously damaged, descriptions are provided as a guide and may contain errors or omissions.

• Prices, fees, and availability are subject to change without notice until a sale is confirmed in writing.
• Where applicable, prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE law, and additional costs such as shipping, customs, and registration may apply.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the listing, even after an inquiry or reservation has been submitted.

Submitting an inquiry or reservation through the website expresses your interest in a vehicle but does not create a binding sale. A sale becomes binding only once we confirm it with you in writing and any required deposit or payment is received. Reservations are subject to availability and may be subject to a deposit, the terms of which will be communicated to you at the time.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, vehicles are sold on an as-is, where-is basis, with all faults. Many vehicles are salvage, damaged, or non-operational and may require repair before they can be registered or driven. You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to the condition, history, and suitability of any vehicle, including by arranging an inspection where possible, before completing a purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Import timelines, shipping schedules, customs clearance, and registration requirements depend on third parties and authorities outside our control. Any timeframes we provide are estimates only. You are responsible for understanding and meeting the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to importing, registering, or operating a vehicle in your jurisdiction.

Accepted payment methods, deposits, and schedules will be communicated during the sales process. Title and risk pass to you in accordance with the specific terms of your purchase. Amounts paid are subject to the cancellation and refund terms agreed at the time of sale.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the overall design, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data, or interfere with the proper operation of the website.
